Yea! I am making great progress. Of course, now I face a WEEKEND, and of course that can be a very dangerous time for losing weight. Lots to do this weekend, just have to make sure that doesn’t include sitting down to giant and/or late meals. Also, must remember to make a special effort to drink plenty of water. At work, that’s easy, since I am in such a ROUTINE. At home, I have to try a lot harder to keep up with the drinking.
Anyway, I am highly encouraged by my progress. Last night, before I went to bed I weighed myself, and I wasn’t even 190. With any luck (and with lots of continued hard work) hopefully I will never see anything in the 190’s on the scale again. Now THAT would be a milestone!
