I was too busy this morning to write about my weight loss progress, but now it is later the same evening…only I can’t remember what I wanted to say! Oh well, isn’t that the way? At the moment I am considering how I had linguini with clam sauce for dinner, so I’m pretty sure I’ll see some weight go on from that. When I am losing, it’s usually because I am being very conservative with the white flour and white sugar, and you have to admit that linguini is white flour, thru and thru.
The important thing at this point is to make it thru the weekend without showing any significant relapse. The gym will be closed tomorrow for training the new employees as the semester starts up again, so I’m considering trying to make a visit on Saturday some time.
I think it’s been almost two weeks now that I’ve been going to the gym suddenly, and I am really starting to feel it in my legs. I’m starting to feel STRONGER. It’s a good feeling.
