187.6 A pound gone, and mostly because I took it easy at dinner last night. I swear, I think I could eat anything during the day, and as long as I have a light dinner, I’ll lose weight.

188.6 I realized yesterday that I’m having a slight stomach upset. Hopefully it goes away today, and when it does, this bloated feeling every time after I eat. Anyway, it looks like I’m headed back in the right direction.
