I knew this weekend was going to do some damage to my weight loss efforts, and in fact it has, but surprisingly not as much as I expected. Today I jump right back into it. I have just put together my clothes for the gym this afternoon, and my salad for lunch. The plan is to drink lots and lots of water. I would love to be able to get back down to 186.4, as I was before going on vacation. Will it happen? I don’t know. But I will try. Any move in that direction will be good.
