What a difference a day makes!
And never underestimate the power of your period.
Or maybe it’s more of this: the last two days I’ve adopted a new strategy, which is really an old strategy, part of what helped me lose so much weight a couple of years ago. It really works. It goes like this:
No sweets
No meats
No late night treats
In addition, I am trying to go off caffeine. My nose even feels less stuffy, tho I don’t know if that is from eliminating the sugar or the caffeine (or maybe the meat?)
The real question now is if I can get thru the weekend with this strategy.
