Don’t worry, just get back on track for a few days and it’ll go away. I am very pleased ’cause I ate at IHOP yesterday and was still 108 on the scale! ^_^ But you know why? Cause I was walking around all day and eating healthy for days before-hand. You can’t make progress if you keep cheating, right? Once eating healthy becomes a regular thing, you can cheat every once in a while, but not before!
