HUMMINGBIRD

Saw the first hummingbird of the season this morning. Last year they didn’t show up until September, so this is good, it must mean they remembered the place. Rushed around to clean the feeder and prepare the food, then set it out and almost immediately one pretty little hummingbird swooped down to take a nice long drink. Heee heee…I’m back in businessA. I just love watching them. I wonder if I might be able to get any good pictures this year. It’s kind of hard to get them to sit still for a portrait.
