We had a nice Thanksgiving with lots of delicious food. We are just now getting to the bottom of it in the refrigerator. And then, of course, we had a FANTASTIC football weekend, with Alabama cremating Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Woo hoo!
Anyway, still got a few things left to do before the long weekend expires, but before I go, here are a few pics:
It was Russ’ birthday a few weeks ago. Here he is opening a gift from his folks.
Had a nice visit with Joey, and got to meet Reggie, his new puppy. I thought this was a nice shot of man and man’s best friend.
I think it was foolish of him to saddle himself with a pet at this point in his life, it will really cut back on his options of where he can stay, what he can do…but who am I to say? When I was his age, I had a cat named Zoot, and a dog named Chinka.
On Saturdays, while football is going on, Squee finds that the safest place to hide out is in the pile of laundry on the bedroom chair…far out of the way of the screaming and yelling (which he always assumes is directed at him.)
