    • Everything bagels. Not drinking enough water. Just making a few bad choices. Ever notice how a FEW bad choices can have devastating effects, but the same number of GOOD choices will not undo the damage to the same degree? And add on top of all this: water retention at “that time of the month.”

      I’m hoping to get back to where I was, if I can just go a few days not screwing up. On the plus side, I AM going to the gym almost every day. On the minus side, went to CiCi’s Pizza for dinner tonight. Oh no! Tomorrow morning may not be good. It’s a roller coaster. Stay tuned.

        Yeah. I know where you’re at. I am doing pretty good right now, I am hovering between 111 and 113 right now, which is a huge breakthrough from 114 to 116, but I’ve definitely been there. Don’t worry, sometimes you have bad weeks, but it always comes off as fast as it goes on. Or close enough. 🙂

  1. Yeah, well my problem is that I don’t have a whole lot of TIME to wait for it to come off. I have to fit in this wedding dress in TWO WEEKS! So it’s time for me to really buckle down and work off a few more pounds before the big day. After that, I am completely comfortable with tackling this weight loss adventure at a much more even keel.
