And there is a reason for this. I stubbed my toe BIG TIME a few days ago and I’m having a hard time getting around, in mild pain on a constant basis, and I really can’t be bothered to think about what I’m eating. I’m just eating comfort foods. I hope to get significantly better this weekend, or at least AFTER the weekened.

I’m very late in posting this today. It’s 7:30 at night, and I am only just now getting into my computer. It’s been a busy day, but I just wanted to record my weight so I don’t forget.

What a difference a day makes!

And never underestimate the power of your period.

Or maybe it’s more of this: the last two days I’ve adopted a new strategy, which is really an old strategy, part of what helped me lose so much weight a couple of years ago. It really works. It goes like this:

No sweets
No meats
No late night treats

In addition, I am trying to go off caffeine. My nose even feels less stuffy, tho I don’t know if that is from eliminating the sugar or the caffeine (or maybe the meat?)

The real question now is if I can get thru the weekend with this strategy.
