I repeat (from previous entires): WOO HOO!!!

Okay, here’s the trick, I think. Well, in addition to drinking plenty of water during the day, for dinner eat oatmeal and have a cup of coffee. The oatmeal dinner has worked for me before, and has worked for me again.

Also, eating healthy otherwise all day, and going to the gym.

I am now officially at the lowest weight since I got this scale. And there’s much more to come! Or should I say “much less”?
